In my piece, "Lost in the Savannah," I strived to depict the relationship between the land and its creatures. As nature's animals, we are born from the Earth's landscape and return to it in death. This parallel between a creature's birth and demise humbles us in our life's journey, and reminds us of the 'circle of life'. It is my hope that I portrayed this never-ending cycle in an intriguing and beautiful composition.
