My name is Allison Colquett and I am a student in the Advanced Art Major at the Academy for the Arts, Science, and Technology. I was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 2006. My family and I moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina when I was about four years old. I have always loved to craft and create, and I mostly learned how to paint by watching YouTube videos. In my freshman year of high school, I took a ceramics class which I loved, and I have been able to continue working in ceramics at the Academy. For my senior mastery, I will continue working on my ceramic skills as I explore different clay techniques through the theme of home.
