For this artwork, we had a lot of freedom but I wanted to use a picture for my subject matter instead of making it non-objective because I thought this idea was more original. I decided to make this artwork based on "The Little Mermaid" because when I was little, it was my favorite movie. Do you see the trident? When I make art, I like it to include things that make me happy or are in some way related to my life. I love making art and this artwork was definitely very fun to make.
