I, Jackson Prock, used to be a slacker. I am now a changed person inside and out. In middle school, I didn't care what happened to my grades. One day My mom asked and I decided to give counseling a try for my anxiety. A couple of months went by and the results were profoundly prI, Jackson Prock, used to be a slacker. I am now a changed person inside and out. In middle school, I didn't care what happened to my grades. One day My mom asked and I decided to give counseling a try for my anxiety. A couple of months went by and the results were profoundly prevalent. Not only did I get closer to God, I became a better person. I brought my Grades up, I started eating healthier, and I was even able to let go of my anxiety. Counseling was the best decision I ever made. Counseling taught me that my life means something and that living in the moment is the most beautiful gift anyone can ever give themself. If you're not living in the moment and only focusing on the morbidness of life, the future, and all the possibilities, you lose your individuality, find yourself, and live in the moment. Beyond my work ethic which I still hold and my journey of conquering my anxiety, I balance my job, chores, social life, gym routine, and a few extracurriculars.evalent.
