My piece titled "When we go shhh" captures a moment of rest before awareness fully settles in. It is meant to reflect the peace of being a child, the feeling of being safe and untouched by the weight of the world. The piece exists in space before understanding pressure, expectation or noise, through warmth softness and stillness. I wanted the viewers to connect my work with their own memories of quiet and comfort, and a time where simply being was enough.
