I've always loved creating, drawing and painting. As a young girl I was able to take lessons from Bob Grant, an exeptional art teacher. He taught me the fundamental concepts of drawing and painting in the "old masters" style. It was during these classes that I started using oil paints and have held them as my medium of choice to this day.



Unfortunately life circumstances soon put my painting on the back burner for many years. However, the sunshine of the south has been sunshine to my artist heart and I have been inspired to once again pick up my brushes. I am thoroughly enjoying the process of challenging myself and growing as an artist.
