Family-owned and operated and specializing in the latest cuts and styles, Joe's Barber Shop has stood on the corner of West Main and North Acline Streets for over fifteen years. Come by for a haircut and to view some of ArtFields® competition artwork. This building was built in 1907 according to plans by Charles McMillen, architect of Wilmington, NC, to house the Farmers and Merchants Bank.
