2024 ArtFields Festival Plein Air Competition Applications Open

After a revamp of our Plein Air Day in 2023, we are back with the Plein Air Competition during the 2024 ArtFields Festival!

WHERE: Lake City, SC during the 2024 Festival

WHEN: Saturday, May 4th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM with awards selected by judge Anne Hightower Patterson. Artists will be awarded $1000 for first place, $700 for second place, and $300 for third place.

HOW: Artists can pre-register HERE to participate in the competition. Participating artists will check in on May 4th to get their canvas or support officially stamped before heading around town to create their artwork.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by and talk to the artists about their process during the afternoon.
