This artwork depicts how I feel when I am horseback riding and interacting with horses. The right side represents beforehand while the the left side represents while I am riding. Before I get on the horse I feel burdened with worries and anxiety. Everything around me seems so dull and I feel like a broken pencil. It is like that small second, the interaction with a horse just brightens my day. Once I get on the horse, everything just seems to fade away. I am in my own little world just me and the horse. All the things around me come to life and show me a brand new world. It brings bursts of color everywhere and all my burdens get left behind as I ride away. It seems as if my perspective has changed and I am a new person. The sensation of it just brings me so much joy and reminds me of all that I have and should be grateful for. Just something so small can change your mindset about how you see the world and others around it.
