This piece is an exploration in value and composition. I found it fascinating how the fruit made beautiful contrast in black and white but also how the colors created such vibrant depth using compliments and tones. I found using a triangle against the circular shapes of the citrus fruit slices created a dynamic composition and challenge in form.
