Sandy Brindle

Sandy operates her home studio, Footloose Art, on Hillcrest road in York, South Carolina.

Her award-winning watercolors and acrylics are in private and corporate collections across the US. Her first love in media is watercolor. She often switches to acrylics to achieve a highly realistic rendering of wildlife. She has traveled to all 48 contiguous states, photographing and researching subject matter for her paintings. Sandy is widely known in North and South Carolina for her generous donations of wildlife art to various organization. She takes great satisfaction in knowing that she has helped raise thousands of dollars to aid these organizations in her effort to provide and maintain habitat for many species of wildlife.

Sandy has been teaching watercolor classes since 1990. Currently she teaches one adult class a week in her home studio in York, South Carolina.
