Paintings can carry us to another place and time. This is why I have always been drawn deep into art. As a lover of art history, I see can and feel the texture of the time that an art work is created within.
Living in NYC and working at the Metropolitan Museum gave me the incredible experience of being exposed to great works of art daily. I pursued a career as an art conservator, learning so much from the many paintings I treated and preserved.Now, many years later, I have begun to show my own paintings, exploring the silent world which they convey.
