In this work, invasive vine is woven into a circular form that begins with natural material at its core. As the structure radiates outward, braided plastic shopping bags gradually entangle with the vine, becoming camouflaged into the woven system. The spiral evokes the passage of time, illustrating how synthetic materials, particularly plastic, have over time become embedded in even the most organic environments. What starts as "natural" is soon overtaken, reflecting the inescapable reach of human impact. This piece questions the concept of untouched wilderness in a world where no ecosystem remains free from human influence.
