I enjoy using many different types of mediums but this past school year I have focused most on using clay and developing skills in ceramics. I like to use art to convey a message or an idea and I try to do this with all of my artwork. Some topics I like are the wilderness, passions/hobbies, and diversity. I try to broaden these topics to depict enduring ideas of suffering, interconnectedness, independence, passage of time, and perseverance. Overall I really enjoy learning about new perspectives and ideas about the workings of the universe, especially in my history and English classes.
