A couple years ago a friend who worked in a national park told me I should look into the reviews left online (google, yelp) from people who had visited; specifically the low-star reviews. What I found was so funny and strangely honest, that I felt I had to showcase them in a way that physically interacted with the landscape they were decrying. The end result was a humorous way to add something to a landscape painting, while also letting the audience both puzzle and laugh over such bizarre reactions.



I have painted both as an illustrator and a fine art painter, and occasionally as a graphic designer. I hate being on a computer, I love my dog, and I am also vegan.
