I believe true leadership and influence is not given, but it is forged. It rises from loss, conviction, and the quiet fire of purpose. Through color, texture, and symbolism, my painting, "Leadership Reimagined: Power and Influence" seeks to reimagine what power looks like when guided by empathy and vision. The mirror-like surface and gold leaf glimmers like divine resolve. Every detail, every shimmer, every placed object, speaks to the balance between influence, power, and responsibility. This work is a meditation on the kind of power that uplifts rather than dominates. It asks: what does it mean to lead with both heart and might? I invite viewers to see themselves within that question and to recognize that true leadership begins not with control, but with the courage to empower, to heal, and to illuminate the path forward.
